Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most clothing and fashion items within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the item meets certain conditions. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags, labels, packaging, and any accessories intact. Items that appear to be worn, altered, washed, stained, or damaged due to misuse will not be accepted for return.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to, innerwear, swimwear, bodysuits, socks, and sale or clearance items. Additionally, any customized or made-to-order products are also not eligible for return unless they arrive in a defective or damaged condition.
We encourage you to try on clothing with care and avoid wearing any perfumes, deodorants, or makeup that might transfer to the garment. Our team reserves the right to deny returns if the returned item does not meet our quality checks.
How to Initiate a Return
within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed, we will send you step-by-step instructions on how to complete the return process, including the return shipping address and any applicable packaging requirements.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sahajanand@furniture.com
Once verified, we will either send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and item availability. You will not be required to bear any return shipping charges in such cases. Please ensure the damaged item is kept in its original packaging until our team advises the next steps.
